Any session, class, tutorial, healing, or service provided
Any content consumed online or in person
Any decisions or actions you take as a result of participation
You expressly agree to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luminous Mountain and all associated parties—including but not limited to its owner, facilitators, contractors, affiliates, and all family members—from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

No Class ActionsYou agree that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to any offering provided by Luminous Mountain shall be brought solely in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
